Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Aries Media Company ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for Catalogue Manager ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they may accept them for the business.
1. The service
Catalogue Manager lets a business keep its product catalogue and customers, import and export Excel files, show product photos from its own Shopify shop, make line sheets, and send them to buyers on WhatsApp.
2. Accounts
- We review every sign-up and may approve or reject it.
- Your admins add users and decide what each can do. You are responsible for what your users do in your account.
- Keep passwords private, and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Fees
Fees are as agreed in writing between you and us. Taxes, including GST, are added where they apply. WhatsApp message charges are separate: Meta bills them to your own WhatsApp account.
4. Your data
- You own the data you put into Catalogue Manager. You allow us to handle it only to provide the service to you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- For your buyers' personal data, you are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we are your Data Processor.
- You must have the right to keep your buyers' details, and their consent before you send them marketing messages.
5. WhatsApp
- You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta. You must follow WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service, Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
- Send marketing messages only to buyers who agreed to receive them, and respect every request to stop.
- Meta decides whether your number, templates and messages are allowed, and may limit or block them. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions or for Meta's service.
- You can disconnect WhatsApp at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Catalogue Manager to:
- break any law or anyone's rights;
- send spam, or message people who did not agree to it;
- upload harmful files or code;
- try to reach another business's data or get around security;
- overload the service or copy its software.
7. Availability and your copies
We work to keep Catalogue Manager running, but it may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance. We back up the data, but keep your own copies of what matters to you, for example by downloading your line sheets as PDF or Excel files.
8. Suspension and closing
- You can ask us to close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay agreed fees, or must be closed by law. Where we can, we warn you first.
- A closed account is deleted permanently 30 days later, as our Data Deletion page describes. Export anything you want to keep before then.
9. Ownership
We own Catalogue Manager and its software. You own your content. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.
10. Other services
Meta, Google and Shopify are run by their own companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
11. Liability
- Catalogue Manager is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of errors or suits every purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, business or data.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your data, your messages, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will cover our resulting losses and costs.
13. Changes to these terms
We post changes here with a new date and tell each business by email before they apply. Using Catalogue Manager after that means you accept them.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Deoria, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
